The Czech automaker Skoda has released price list of new Octavia, which will go on sale in the United Kingdom on the 16th of March. The 2013 Skoda Octavia come with starting price from £15,990 for the base 1.2-liter TSI petrol model, while top-level 2.0-litreTDI diesel is priced at £23,240.
The All-new Skoda Octavia offers two petrol and two diesel powerplants that includes, 1.2 litre TSI with 104bhp returning 57.7 mpg and emitting 114 g/km of CO2, 1.4 litre TSI with 138bhp and 53.3mph with emitting 121 g/km of CO2, 1.6 litre TDI with 104bhp and 74.3mpg and the 2.0 litre TDI produces 148bhp and returning 68.2 mpg and emitting 106 g/km of CO2.
The 2013 Octavia is available in three trim levels: S, SE and Elegance. The new Octavia S features standard equipment, includes DAB radio, Bluetooth, leather wrapped steering wheel, hill hold assist and 16-inch alloy wheels, while SE grade adds ESC, front fog lights, body colored door mirrors and handles, automatic air conditioning and height adjustment for the driver’s seat. For Elegance model, Skoda offers sat-nav, cruise control, alcantara and leather trim and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Czech automaker Skoda has officially unveiled its version of the Volkswagen Up! city car, called “Skoda Citigo”. The Skoda Citigo will go on sale in its home market before the end of this year, with the UK and Other European countries will follow at the beginning of summer 2012. The Skoda Citigo will be offered in three and five door variants, with a choice of three cylinder engines.
The Skoda Citigo measuring just 3,563mm long, 1,641mm wide and 1,478mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,420mm. the Skoda Citigo with a 1.0-liter MPI engine will be offered in two power levels: 59 and 74 horsepower, and come in standard and Green Tec flavors, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
The standard versions return 62.8mpg UK (52.3mpg US or 4.5lt/100km) and 105g CO2/km for the 60HP engine, and 60.1mpg UK (50.0mpg US or 4.7lt/100km) and 108g CO2/km with the 75PS unit. The economical Green Tec version are rated at 67.3mpg UK (56.0mpg US or 4.2lt/100km) and 65.7mpg UK (54.7mpg US or 4.3lt/100km) respectively with emissions of 97g and 99g CO2/km respectively.
At interior, The Skoda Citigo will be equipped with countless storage spaces, cup holders, a multimedia system, a photograph holder on the central console, a portable navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity, and a 5-inch touch screen. For safety specs, The Skoda Citigo will be featured a Head-Thorax side airbag, and the ‘City Safe Drive’ active safety system. The Price of Skoda Citigo will be announced at a later date.
Czech automaker Skoda has released first photos and Specs of Skoda Octavia vRS Bonneville, which is celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the vRS (in the UK, simply RS for the rest of Europe) performance badge.
The Skoda Octavia vRS Bonneville developed in collaboration with REVO Technik in order to brake the 200 mph barrier. This special Skoda Octavia vRS is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder TSI petrol engine that has received a new Garret turbocharger developing 26-28 PSI of boost pressure and modified the engine to run on a high-octane race fuel (with water methanol mix) instead of unleaded petrol with output power of up to 600-horsepower and 450Nm (331.9 lb-ft) of peak torque. The Skoda Octavia vRS Bonneville has also been equipped with a limited slip differential, a new coilover suspension, aerodynamic wheel covers and Goodyear Eagle Land Speed tires.

Czech automaker Skoda has Unveiled new rally car in the market, which 2011 Skoda Fabia R2 Rally Car is to be used in the rally category R2. The 2011 Skoda Fabia R2 Rally Car comes with significant differences in its engine, undercarriage, axle kinematics, and gearbox.
The 2011 Skoda Fabia R2 Rally Car is powered by 1.6-litre 16 valve engine producing 177 horsepower and 194 Nm (143 lb.ft.) of torque at 5,500 rpm, and sends power to the front wheels via a five-speed sequential transmission from Sadev. The engine electronics were developed by Magneti-Marelli and the car has received the FIA homologation last month. The price of the new Fabia R2 Rally Car is around 62,000 EUR (around USD86,000 at the current exchange rate).
