VW Beetle TDI US Price

Volkswagen has announced price of VW Beetle TDI for US market, which entry level models come with starts at $23,295 and will be goes on sale in August. The 2013 VW Beetle will be available three trim levels :TDI, TDI with Sunroof and TDI with Sunroof, Sound and Navigation.

The VW Beetle TDI is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter diesel engine that produces 140 PS (103 kW / 138 hp) and 236 lb-ft (320 Nm) of torque. The fuel economy will come in at 32 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway. The new VW Beetle TDI features a special badging, additional chrome trim and unique 17-inch aluminum wheels, power windows, V-Tex leatherette, leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel with audio controls, keyless entry with push-button start, ambient lighting and an iPod interface.
