2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek
The The Japanese automaker Subaru has introduced all new Subaru XV Crosstrek in U.S spesification, which made its North American debut during the 2012 New York Auto Show. The new compact crossover SUV will arrive in U.S. showrooms this fall as a 2013 model in Premium and Limited trim levels.
The 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek is powered by a 2.0-liter boxer-4 which is developing a total output of 148 horsepower. The engine is linked to Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system via a five-speed manual gearbox or an optional Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) that features a six-speed manual mode with steering wheel paddle shifters. The Subaru XV Crosstrek returns an estimated 25 / 33 mpg in city / highway and 28 mpg combined
The 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek is based on the same platform as the Impreza and come with a reworked suspension with a higher ride height that offers a respectable 8.7 inches of ground clearance, new front and rear bumpers, a different grille and black cladding all around the body. The 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek rides on unique 17-inch wheels and 225/55R17 all-season tires and will be equipped with standard features as stability and traction control, power windows, locks and mirrors, waterproof rear tray, tonneau cover and iPod connectivity. The price list for the 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek will be announced later date.
