2012 Range Rover Sport

Land Rover has released details of 2012 Range Rover Sport, which is offers a mechanical improvements as well as a number of technology upgrades. The 2012 Range Rover Sport is the introduction of an new ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox with rotary gear shift selector and paddle shifters. The unit comes mated to a more powerful version of the 3.0-liter SDV6 diesel engine that produces 245-horses to 256HP which CO2 emissions have been reduced from 243g/km to 230g/km while combined fuel economy has improved from 30.7mpg to 32.1mpg UK.
The 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 can sprint from 0 to 60 mph (98 km/h) in 8.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 124 mph (200 km/h). As for the range topping model, Land Rover continues to use 5.0-liter supercharged V8 gasoline engine which develops 510 HP and 625 Nm of torque and which enables the car to sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h in 5.9 seconds. The 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged version also fitted with a new 20″ alloy wheel finished in Sparkle Silver with high-gloss lacquer.
The 2012 Range Rover Sport comes with new colors for the exterior and interior trims, a restyled powered single piece tailgate , a dual-view touch screen, a 825 Watt audio system, wireless technology that enhances rear seat entertainment. The Price of 2012 Range Rover Sport is 48,795 GBP and wiil go on sale in the UK in October.
